This schematic was done for a client requiring their form intake system and healthcare management system to integrate with ActiveCampaign. The schematic demonstrates the methodology from elicitation meetings to gather the concepts and requirements through the process of creating the systems integration model, logic and payloads. Basically, it shows how the synthesis between the business events and the enabling technology (ActiveCampaign) is achieved. This was presented during a project review meeting and includes ancillary items being discussed. Note that in the case of this client there is a one to many relationship between the Contact and the Deals (Appointments) that cannot be handled by ActiveCampaign native logic and will be done at the server level to update the Deals based on a foreign key.
